In late September, we unveiled the MagicLinks Retailer Ratings system. It’s a tool designed to help you quickly find the merchants who offer the best value for both creators and subscribers. We evaluate every merchant we partner with on twelve factors, including: Commission rate, cookie duration, mobile tracking, affiliate overwriting solutions, customer loyalty, and more.

Retailer Ratings have proved to be immensely useful and profitable for MagicLinks community members. As we’ve been crunching numbers from the past six weeks that Retailer Ratings have been live on MagicLinks.org, we found some interesting data…

Creators earn THREE TIMES MORE from brands with a MagicLinks Retailer Rating of 2.7 or higher, vs. brands with a Retailer Rating below 2.7. This number increases to FIVE TIMES MORE for brands with ratings of 3.5 or higher. Five. Times. As. Much. Money.

What does this mean for you? Merchants with higher Retailer Ratings are more invested in creators, and want to help you succeed. Use our MagicLinks Google Chrome extension to pay extra attention to Retailer Ratings as you create links and search for retailers and products on Google.
